E' allettata eaiutata da un'altra detenuta, che la assiste anche per mangiare.La situazione di una donna ristretta nel braccio A della sezionefemminile del carcere di Bologna è stata segnalata da unalettera collettiva delle detenute in apprensione per le suecondizioni di salute, inviata alla magistratura di Sorveglianzae al garante del Comune, Antonio Ianniello. E' lo stesso garante a riportare passaggi del testo ricevuto:"Richiediamo provvedimenti urgenti (...) specifichiamo che lasignora in queste condizioni sarà l'ennesima vittima di questosistema carcerario". Il garante spiega di aver fatto visita alladonna, ieri pomeriggio, "all'interno della cella dovel'Amministrazione penitenziaria ha fatto montare opportunamenteun ventilatore". "La condizione della persona appare oltremodosacrificata nell'attuale contesto detentivo. Al netto delledeterminazioni che potrà assumere la magistratura diSorveglianza, resta il fatto che, allo stato, la donna di cui sitratta non sembra avere la disponibilità di alcun domicilio diriferimento all'esterno.
