riscontraredifficoltà", c'è una "difficoltà di reperimento dellecompetenze necessarie per oltre due imprese su tre". Emergedall'Indagine Confindustria sul lavoro 2024, rapporto annualedel centro studi di via dell'Astronomia.Il 31,9% delle imprese non aveva in corso ricerche dipersonale. Le difficoltà per le imprese che cercano personale daassumere "emergono soprattutto per le competenze tecniche(complessivamente segnalate dal 69,2% delle imprese) e per lemansioni manuali (nel 47,9% dei casi a livello nazionale e nel58,9% nel settore industriale)". Tra i molti aspetti presi in esame, il rapporto si soffermaanche sullo smart working: nel 2023 è stato utilizzato dal 32,6%delle imprese che ha partecipato all'indagine. "I risultatiindicano che la quota di imprese che utilizzano lo smart workingsi è quasi quadruplicata, da 8,9% nel pre-pandemia a 32,6% nel2023. Questa modalità di lavoro si conferma maggiormente diffusanelle imprese dei servizi (38,5%) rispetto all'industria(28,2%)", ed "è legata alla dimensione aziendale, essendopresente in meno di un quarto delle imprese piccole, con meno di15 dipendenti (24,2%), in circa un terzo delle imprese medie".Nelle imprese dove è prevista, "mediamente il 34% deidipendenti non dirigenti ha utilizzato tale modalità di lavoro,per lo più per 2 o 3 giorni a settimana (tra 4 e 12 giorni almese) senza differenze sostanziali tra il dato dell'industria(33,8%) e quello dei servizi (34,2%). L'8,9% dei dipendenti loha utilizzato per al massimo 1 giorno alla settimana (fino a 4giorni al mese), il 20,9% ha scelto tale modalità per 2-3 giornia settimana (5-12 giorni al mese), e il 4,2% per oltre 3 giornialla settimana (oltre 12 giorni al mese)".
