precedente, -1,9%. Complessivamente sono state aperte 492.176 nuove partite Iva. Sono questi alcuni dei dati contenuti nell’Osservatorio sulle partite Iva diffuso dal Ministero dell’Economia e delle Finanze. Nella stragrande maggioranza dei casi, il 70%, la partita Iva è stata aperta da una persona fisica, il 22,9% da società di capitali e solo il 3,1% da società di persone. Quali sono le aree del Paese a maggiore vocazione imprenditoriale? Sicuramente le regioni del Nord dove si registra poco meno della metà ovvero il 48,2% delle partite Iva aperte nel 2023. Seguono Sud e Isole con il 30,4% e il Centro Italia con il 21,1%. Analizzando i dati regionali, rispetto al 2022 diverse regioni hanno un andamento negativo, particolarmente evidente in Basilicata con -11,5% di partite Iva aperte l’anno scorso, seguita dal Lazio -9,5% e dal Molise -6,8%. Al contrario, le regioni e le province autonome dove si registrano gli aumenti maggiori su base annua sono Valle d’Aosta +6,2%, Lombardia +5,3%, Provincia autonoma di Bolzano +4,3% di nuovi avviamenti. Parlando di settori produttivi, il commercio si distingue per le performance migliori con un aumento del 18,2% di nuove partite Iva nel 2023, seguono le attività professionali +17,9% e le costruzioni +10,3%. A livello di ripartizione per genere, il 60,5% di nuove partite Iva di persone fisiche sono uomini. Un dato interessante riguarda i giovani sotto i 35 anni che nel 2023 rappresentano quasi la metà delle nuove partite Iva (49,1%), mentre la fascia di età 36-50 anni rappresenta il 30,8%. Inoltre, si segnala anche un aumento, seppur contenuto, +1,6%, di over 65 che hanno aperto la partita Iva. In quanto a nazionalità dei soggetti che aprono partita Iva in Italia, il 21% è nato in un Paese estero, un punto percentuale in più rispetto al 2022.
