È l'unico al mondoa non sapere che il blocco dei sei miliardi del Fondo dicoesione, che sono soldi della Regione Campania e non delgoverno, implica l'aumento dei costi delle opere di un terzo".De Luca ha anche richiamato le sentenze di Tar e Consiglio diStato che obbligano il governo a firmare l'accordo entro ilprossimo 28 giugno. "Non sono ottimista - ha sottolineato ilgovernatore - questi se ne infischiano delle leggi e delleregole. Sappiamo però che non ci piegheremo alla loroarroganza". Nel corso del suo intervento, De Luca ha ricordatoin particolare la situazione del trasporto pubblico in Campania:"Fino a sette-otto anni fa i nostri treni erano carri bestiame ei bus sgangherati: abbiamo compiuto una rivoluzione, così comequella di politiche e finanziamenti consistenti destinati allearee interne per infrastrutture (la Lioni-Grottaminarda - ndr) esanità".Dopo l'implementazione dell'ospedale 'Frangipane-Bellizzi' diAriano Irpino, De Luca ha annunciato a breve l'inaugurazione delnuovo ospedale 'Landolfi' di Solofra: "Siamo il governo di tuttala regione -ha concluso de Luca - non soltanto della fasciacostiera e dell'area metropolitana di Napoli".
