CasalVelino, nel Salernitano. I militari, durante i controlli, hannoscoperto 17 cittadini extracomunitari che erano privi dipermesso di soggiorno e costretti a dormire in locali difortuna. Il personaleera costretto a dormire in locali di fortuna, ricavati in unedificio in costruzione e già gravato da provvedimento disequestro per abusi edilizi. Nell'ambito dei controlli sonostate accertate in tutta la struttura gravi violazioni inmateria di salute e sicurezza nei luoghi di lavoro. Il pm diturno presso la Procura della Repubblica di Vallo della Lucaniaha disposto l'arresto in flagranza di reato del legalerappresentante della società che gestisce la struttura e delsocio, disponendone gli arresti domiciliari. Inoltre è statadeferita in stato di libertà la consulente del lavoro dellasocietà. Nella circostanza sono state contestate sanzioniamministrative e per violazione delle norme sulla sicurezza neiluoghi di lavoro per un totale di circa 74mila euro.
