"Penso che anche tra 5 o 10 anni ci sarà sempre lavoro per i dipendenti che fanno le consegne - dice Alvin Oo, direttore delle operazioni di mercato di Uber Eats Japan - sono essenziali per noi perché abbiamo molte modalità di consegna e alcune cose possono essere fatte solo dagli uomini.
